The Transparency Directive, due to come into force on 20 January 2007, has set new rules on the dissemination and storage of regulated information. In accordance with the Directive, you will find below:

• The annual financial report.
• The half-yearly financial report.
• Quarterly statements.
• The report on internal control and corporate governance.
• The disclosure requirement on the fees paid to the statutory auditors.
• The disclosure of the total number of voting rights and shares at the end of each calendar month.
• The description of share buyback programmes.
• News releases published under ongoing disclosure requirements.
• News releases specifying how prospectuses published for public offerings have been made available (available after publication).

• News releases specifying how the documents prepared for shareholder general meetings have been made available.

• Operations realised in performance of a forward purchased contract
