- In depth surveys to understand shopper behaviour combining qualitative or quantitative tools + relevant technological or other observational tools
- Leading edge segmentation analysis for shopping missions and typologies and driver analysis to explain behaviour
- Calibration with known data (sales/EPOS/Loyalty card) – depending on availability
- Translation of findings into actionable Retail driven strategy at the final Workshop
