The way we do business
As a company, we take the issue of Quality, Data integrity, Compliance, Information Security and Ethics seriously and it’s key to our success and at the heart of our business. All aspects are built into the way we approach research participants, the way we work internally and the way we work with our clients. Excellence in these areas are core values for everyone working within the Ipsos group and is reflected in everything we do.
This is important for three key reasons, to:
We comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and relevant codes of practice in the countries where we operate when conducting studies and using information. The lawful and correct treatment of information are vital components of our business.
Our focus on quality, measurement and continuous improvement means we have embedded a ‘right first time' approach throughout our organisation and we have numerous local and regional quality accreditations across the globe to our name.
We are also members of ESOMAR (World Association of Opinion and Marketing Research Professionals) and WAPOR (World Association for Public Opinion Research).

Learning from our clients and each other
For many years we have been asking clients to tell us how well they think we did on our projects as well as asking each other how things went – it’s a key part of what we’re about and has a proven track record in helping us to improve.
We get first hand feedback from our clients but we also get feedback from each other within our business via a two-way internal satisfaction survey, which is sent to both project managers and the production and processing teams at the end of each project to rate the performance and service of each other. It has become an indispensible part of how we look at our performances and how we understand and learn from each other.
