- 1999: first office in Hong Kong, first cooperation with research
companies in China, and acquisition of Marketing for Change in Australia,
now Ipsos Australia.
- 2000: acquisition of Link Survey in China, now part of Ipsos China.
- 2001: acquisition of Novaction Group, now Ipsos Novaction, specialised
in Forecasting, Modeling and Consulting in particular in Japan and all
Asian countries including China, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand,
Korea, etc
for 25 years.
- 2002: establishment in Taiwan and acquisition of FAMS in China.
- 2003: acquisition of Partner Market Research and creation of Ipsos
Taiwan. And acquisition of the market research branch of NCS Pearson
and of The Mackay Report in Australia.
- 2004: acquisition of Active Insights and creation of Ipsos Korea,
acquisition of TQA Research (Melbourne, Australia) and acquisition of
JSR Japan Statistics and Research (Tokyo, Osaka).
- 2005: acquisition of Guandong General Marketing Research (China)
- 2005: opening of offices in Hong Kong, Manila (Philippines), and Bangkok (Thailand)
- 2006: opening of offices in Mumbaï (India)
- 2007: acquisition of Eureka, an Australian research company
- 2007: acquisition of Indica Research, main independent market research company
in India
