(North London, UK). Ipsos ASI Project Management (Copy Testing) team is looking
for a Associate Director & Research Manager .
The past
year has seen steady growth and increased business from existing clients (P&G/SCJ/Philips…)
as well as new acquisitions (Danone/InBev) joining the list of clients using Ipsos
ASI UK as their preferred research agency.
With this year looking to be
another success story, ASI is opening its doors to interest from within the company.
Recently there have been some great success stories, with researchers at all levels
moving within Ipsos globally. Retaining talent and encouraging movement within
the company will help us understand market trends globally and exchange ideas,
helping us create a better working environment and further develop Ipsos as a
great place to work.
Function of the Role
Assisting
the Director of PM Copy Testing, you will help manage a medium size team of busy
Executives. As part of your management duties, you will train, mentor and line
manage members of the team.
You will also support Executives on a day-to-day
basis regarding project issues and find feasible solutions to problems. Optimisation
of quality and timeliness of projects are key to the role.
You will be involved
in setting-up new products in partnership with Ipsos ASI’s Product Management
team and reviewing current processes to improve efficiency and profitability,
whilst continually developing the relationship with providers.
You will
offer continuous support and advice to Account Managers on specific queries, methodologies,
designs, product developments and jobs.
