COVID-19 has proven to be both a challenge and an opportunity to the reputation of companies in Canada. The pandemic has shifted Canadians’ expectations of the companies with which they do business, and companies are now forced to examine whether their communications and corporate-social responsibility (CSR) initiatives still resonate with citizen consumers in the context of COVID-19.
