Research Manager (Mystery Shopping Client Services)

Job Description: 

The Research Manager will be responsible for delivering and maintaining the strong relationship and strategic management of all client programs as well as their direct reports client programs.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & Build relationships with key people across the client’s business
  • Add strategic value to the client relationship
  • Strategically deliver and implement Customer Experience Measurement programs and new program initiatives
  • Identify and follow up on new business leads (either from existing or potential new clients) to assist and ensure the sales line is maintained and grown in line with business sales targets
  • Ensure on time and seamless delivery of high quality client programs
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations


  • University degree holder, at least 4 years in project management role

Skill (including technical and people skill):

  • The ability to develop strong business relationships with a range of clients and enforce with the rest of the team with a best in class customer service approach
  • The ability to move from ‘program delivery manager’ to ‘business partner’ with existing and all new prospective clients
  • An effective communicator in all forms across all areas of the business
  • Ability to manage, support and mentor a highly proficient client servicing team
  • Must have the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients, other managers and subordinates
  • Excellent time management skills and be able to manage a number of key tasks simultaneously

Other Requirements

  • A broad lateral thinker that is results orientated and deadline driven
  • Relevant computer skills and have the ability to quickly learn and assimilate new systems
  • High levels of professionalism with both internal and external customers
  • Confidence and dealing with and presenting to senior client management teams
  • Be able to handle the pressure and the challenge
