IT Support Executive (PB Loyalty)

Position Title:

IT Support Executive

Division/Department:

PB Loyalty, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the in-house system application and infrastructure
  • Maintain database performance, operating system, website portal and system administration
  • Proactive in system and service performance, monitoring and maintenance
  • Analysis of network channel and communication related to telephony network (PSTN, VOIP)
  • High sense of ownership of the issues and requests assigned, keeping focus on managing and resolving issues according to procedures

Pre-requisites:

  • Degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum of 1 year supporting server infrastructure experience
  • Possesses a minimum of 1 year programming knowledge (MS SQL query, VBscript, Microsoft.net) and background as system administrator
  • Development / Commercial experience in one or more of the following languages is required: Microsoft Window server 2008 R2, MS SQL Server 2008 R2 (SQL 2012 R2 experience), Internet Information Service & or above, remote support experience, cloud based server hosting experience and Ticketing System experience
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to a variety of levels of audiences
