Research Director (Market Strategy & Understanding)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Accountability for achieving profitable revenue target for the Service Line
  • Overall Accountability for achieving absolute gross margin target for the Service Line
  • Overall Accountability for project execution, delivery and invoicing
  • Overall Accountability for project quality
  • Overall Accountability for ensuring smooth and fruitful collaboration among Ipsos teams

 

Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate of Statistics, Communication Research, Business, Social Science or any related course;
  • At least 10 solid years of work experience in market research – preferably with marketing strategy & understanding experience;
  • Strong Client relationship management, Business management, Project management, People management skills;
  • Adept knowledge in sampling methodologies and designs;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
  • Financial and pricing acumen;
  • Issue/crisis and risk management;
  • Proactive and self-initiating interest in matters pertaining to the industry;
  • Emphasizes results in team members' work;
  • Strong leadership, mentorship and team builder abilities;
  • Aggressive and can generate business;
  • Superb negotiating skills;
  • Leadership including thought leadership/Strategic thinker;
  • High emotional quotient.
