​A Type II Error is an error associated when concluding a null hypothesis is not false when in fact it is false. Examples of Type II Error would be to say someone does not have a disease when in fact they do; a fire alarm does not go off when in fact there is a fire, we suggest not launching a product when in fact it would be a successful product launch.
