Working in partnership with leading advocates of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) – including Stonewall, the Parker Review, the Centre for Ageing Better, the Hampton-Alexander Review, Minds at Work and the Business Disability Forum – Ipsos MORI is gathering data related to leadership D&I policies across the UK’s top 500 companies and public sector institutions.
These organisations have been invited to take part in a survey which asks them to provide detail about representation at senior levels and their organisation’s D&I policies and priorities.
The responses to the survey will provide an insight into how to support future progress and celebrate current success, as well as informing a set of benchmarks which will be measured on an annual basis. The data will be published as the McKenzie-Delis Packer Review in October 2020.
