Ipsos Telephone Omnibus offers the fastest turnaround possible via an offline solution. Findings can be delivered within days after questionnaire agreement. It collects background information on the respondent and the household; covering everything from standard demographics right through to things like housing tenure and internet access. All of this information is available, either for targeting your questions on particular respondents or for profiling your results.

A long running tracking study for a company specialising in demand modelling required insights into the eating-out behaviours of customers in order to understand supply and demand for various food and ingredients around GB. Using Ipsos MORI’s telephone omnibus, 1,000 nationally representative adults were interviewed about their eating out habits. By using the telephone omnibus, the client was able to collect this information quickly at specific times of the year. From this research, our client was able to build up a picture of how GB consumers were shopping for their eating-out food through the year (including take-away food), and understand when and where various food types are in or out of demand by season. This information provides a valuable information source to their client base.
