The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) commissioned Ipsos MORI to survey people’s attitudes towards saving for their retirement, and how much they feel they would need to live comfortably during retirement. More information about workplace pensions is available at http://www.workplacepensions.gov.uk

The survey findings provide insights into how people feel about saving for their retirement and their attitudes towards Workplace pensions.

Technical Note

In total, 1034 adults aged 22-Spa were interviewed in-home, face-to-face, from 16 to 23 Feb 2018, of which 686 were employees earning over £9,500
Data have been weighted to be representative of the national population profile of Great British employees aged 22 to State Pension age.
