ISO 20252:2019 Framework for Bulgaria Version 1 - Statement of Applicability (SOA)
The Statement of Applicability (SoA) describes the complete scope of services Ipsos BG provides and was attested and successfully certified to the ISO 20252 standard
In Bulgaria, Ipsos is represented by 300+ employees, covering various specializations within its two main units, each with its specific focus and expertise, working in alignment with the global Ipsos group’s values - integrity, curiosity, collaboration, client first, and entrepreneurial spirit:
- The Ipsos Bulgaria Research and Operations unit is focused on quantitative and qualitative research services for local external clients and other internal Ipsos partners.
- The Global Operations Hub (GOH) acts as the main internal provider of Survey Programming and Data Management services to Ipsos global entities, covering project management, questionnaire programming, DP and Coding for multimode projects sold by Ipsos Research entities globally. Within the global hub, IIS Bulgaria is a dedicated team facilitating online data collection for global Ipsos projects in partnership with Ipsos Research entities: project management – overseeing data collection, questionnaire programming, online field management and globally-managed platforms and tools. The Global GOH and IIS teams work in partnership with Ipsos Research entities worldwide.
A strong collaboration and agreed practices between Ipsos Research global Service Lines and the operational capabilities within the global hub, capitalizing operational expertise, reflect the 4 S Ipsos Strategy, focused on: Speed, Substance, Security and Simplicity.
