Conducted monthly in 29 countries among a panel of over 20,000 adults for more than a decade, What Worries the World survey offers an exceptional snapshot of world opinion on pressing global issues.

The Ipsos Predictions Survey 2026 finds 71%, on average across 30 countries, think things will look up next year but people are split on whether the worldwide economy will be stronger (49%) or not (51%).

Sentiment is largely up in Asia-Pacific, mixed in Latin America, according to the October 2025 release of the Ipsos Global Consumer Confidence Index.
