Andrew is an experienced Manager with over 20 years of project, staff, operational and account management experience in the Market and Social research industry. Andrew has built a wealth of experience in the management and conduct of complex and large-scale projects, with formidable expertise in multi-mode data collection techniques, project methodology, sampling, weighting and automated reporting. Andrew is very experienced in the management of projects across CAPI, CASI, online and telephone methodologies. He has conducted government and social research projects in a broad spectrum of areas including transport, road safety, health and wellbeing, patient experience, and education. Many of these have been high stakes, long term contracts, with very large sample sizes and exacting requirements.
He specialises in the design, implementation and monitoring of project-specific operational procedures and the integration of resources for large-scale projects. He is highly skilled in project development and implementation from concept through to project completion and reporting, procedural development and implementation for quality standards and requirements.

Matt is a social scientist both by nature and profession. Ever curious to discover the motives that drive human behaviour, he holds a degree in Economics & Sociology, and has extensive Market Research experience within Australia and overseas.
Since the start of his career with Ipsos in 2002, Matt progressed to the role of CATI Manager in 2005, before transferring to the US in mid-2006 to work for Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS) in New York. As an innovative thinker, he has trained teams of Project Management and Operations staff in IIS North America, and also IIS Europe - travelling to Romania in 2010 and again in 2011.
Matt returned to Ipsos Melbourne at the end of 2011 to resume servicing clients in both CATI and Online. He is truly passionate about our business: opinions and ideas!
