  • Moderate Confidence in Organisational Future: Australian employees are in line with the global average  (54%) regarding having confidence in their organisations' future direction. However, they lean more towards neutrality (35%) compared to their international counterparts.
  • Strong Intent to Stay: Mirroring global trends, the majority (65%) of Australian employees intend to remain with their current employer for at least the next three years, indicating workforce stability.
  • Seniority Impact:  Similar to global trends, Australian senior leaders/executives display higher confidence in both their organisation's future (61% vs. 47% for non-senior roles) and Australia's future (53% vs. 45% for non-senior roles). This suggests a link between leadership perspectives and overall optimism.
