‘Engaged Performers’ is the ESF project Ipsos launched within the framework of the ‘Sustainable Career Policy’ call.
Within this project we are striving for an effective career policy where people feel stimulated to become engaged performers of the future. Our biggest challenge: how can we develop a policy offering good prospects for the future? By reflecting together on how our organization and our employees can be mutually reinforcing and on how to turn a field of tension into a playing field.
The question we are facing is what makes work meaningful, what intrinsically motivates people to give the best of themselves at any time in their career and inside Ipsos.
