By initiating a Danish tracking study from January 2020, we can now see what keeps Danes up at night and how this change over the months and years.
2021 for many people was supposed to be a new start and a goodbye to a bad 2020. However, the worries of January are quite similar to the ones last year ended with.
The vaccines for Covid-19 started to come to Denmark, and all people on the Danish nursing homes have now been offered the vaccine. However, the British mutation of Covid-19 worries experts and the government, causing a complete lockdown of the country to last throughout January. Therefore, the Covid-19 related worries are approximately the same as in December.
Additionally, there has been an increase in people's worries for unemployment and jobs, as people, amongst other things, are worried about if small businesses will survive another lockdown.
