Sandy has over 20 years of professional experience in both research consultancy and client-side, orchestrating customer strategies.
She began her career at Ipsos (Synovate) in Hong Kong, serving clients of both public and private sectors. She also worked at leading financial institutions, including AIA, AXA, Cigna, and FTLife, as a passionate change leader with solid track record in driving Customer Strategy, Customer Experience Marketing, Segmentation, Proposition, Digital Business Transformation, Data & Analytics, and Product Innovation to deliver business results.
With strong strategic vision and entrepreneur spirit, she endeavors to deploy her professionalism in expediting transformation for future-state customer experience to propel business growth for clients.
She graduated from Australian Graduate School of Management with a degree of Master of Business Administration. Prior to studying in Australia, she graduated from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration majored in Marketing. She also holds a degree of Bachelor of Arts, Fine Art from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University.
