The European Affluent Splurges on Christmas Gifts
Christmas is just around the corner. How does the European Affluent celebrate Christmas? Here are some facts. 88% of all European Affluent celebrate Christmas.
Most of Affluent (87%) celebrate Christmas with their family. One third of them celebrate with their partner (as well). Celebrating with friends is also popular among 17% of Affluent.
30% of Affluent spend over 500 euros on Christmas gifts, while amongst the Non-Affluent this is only 14%. Most popular gifts on the Affluent's own wish list - which 75% of them have - are clothing, shoes and accessories, books and fragrances.
