The session showed up Ipsos study result of evolving consumer opinion and behavior in South East Asia. Moreover, this session shared how Indonesian consumer behaviour outlook and how business strategies needed in re-opening economy era, such as navigate the uncertain condition that are rapidly changing, prioritize immediate challenges, and plan for the future, and re-plan periodically.  

 

It was very insightful session that presented to 100 attendees. The webinar was led by Andi Sukma, Group Service Line Leader on Customer Experience, Channel Performance, and Observer Ipsos in Indonesia and Ilman Hasibuan, Head of Ipsos Consulting Strategy3 Indonesia.
