Jordanians are rethinking what matters most in their careers.

Only 29% of employed Jordanians say they are satisfied with their current job, prompting many to explore new opportunities, mainly in search of better pay and more meaningful work. Interest in entrepreneurship is on the rise, with around half of Jordanians saying they would like to start their own business. Flexibility is also becoming a key priority, with growing demand for hybrid work and rising expectations of a 4-day work week to become the norm.
