DIGITAL SALES - SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

That’s why we’re seeking qualified sales executives to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our Digital solutions and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal Sales Executives must have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and introducing our Solution Experts to prospective clients. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our Digital offering in a compelling way. Every existing and potential new customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
The Role
- Introducing and seeking new clients through outbound calls and email campaigns.
- Engaging with new customers and promoting Ipsos.Digital solutions and services
- Effective use of sales techniques to build rapport and to engage prospective clients with a view to understanding their business pain and business challenges.
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding targets that are set.
- Lock in valid appointments and generate new lead opportunities for our account management team to escalate.
- Utilise Sales/Marketing tools, cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services from the Ipsos.Digital portfolio of solutions.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads and develop sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales/research executives
- Report to sales/research manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
The Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a Sales or Account Management role within a SaaS company, with a proven track record of achieving sales quota.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrable ability to build relationships
- Demonstration of a dynamic, enthusiastic & passionate mindset, with a desire to exceed objectives
- Track record of reliable and consistent performance to targets
- Experience within Digital Marketing would be beneficial, but not essential.
