Ipsos in UAE Gives Back to the Community
As part of Ipsos' corporate social responsibility and with the help of the Game Changers Committee, Ipsos in the UAE organized a donation drive to The Little League in Mumbai, India, to support the development of impoverished children through sports.
The Little League is a not-for-profit organization established to facilitate and encourage the uplifting of underpriviliged children.
The team in the UAE collected numerous items, weighing up to 49kg. They included t-shirts, jerseys, balls, knee and tibia protection.
Lorie May Furigay, represented Ipsos in UAE at the event itself and commented that it was a self-fulfilling and beautiful initiative to take part in. "It was very inspiring, seeing the real impact on the field with the kids. It makes you realize that even if you don't have much, you have enough to share with others. Every person can do his/her own bit, and it would make a difference in another person's life," she added.
This initiative is only one of a series of activities which have been put in place for Ipsos in MENA and around the world. Our commitment to help and understand people remains a priority.
