Johannesburg, South Africa, March 16, 2021 —– Ipsos is pleased to announce that Melissa Baker has joined Ipsos as CEO for Public Affairs, Sub-Saharan Africa and MENA. Melissa brings new thinking and leadership to the extensive portfolio of evaluative and formative work that Ipsos conducts for development organizations across the region.
