ADMIN PARTNER - RPM

JOB PURPOSE

To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to project teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects. The Project Support role involves coordinating various aspects of project management, including scheduling, research, document preparation, and administrative tasks.

OUTPUTS/ACCOUNTABILITY  

Project Coordination:

  • Manage project schedules, calendars, and meeting arrangements.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for project team members.
  • Conduct research and data collection as required.
  • Prepare project documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense reports.
     

Team Support:

  • Provide administrative support to project team members.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.
     

Knowledge Management:

  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

•    Ability to handle overall resource and project administration requirements
•    Experience in handling both internal and external customers in diverse situations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduates or degree holders in tertiary education

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
