Community Administrator (PB SMX)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the accounts team and clients for creation of initial look and feel of an online community and implementation and execution of selected direction.
  • Responsible for recruitment execution and management based on predetermined strategy with Account Directors, coordinating internal resources, other Ipsos groups such as IIs and our Business Unit and end client partners; ensuring community size and make-up meets projects specifications May include working with client to integrate client sample into the recruitment process;
  • Work with Account Directors to determine appropriate strategy, then initiates and manages ongoing incentive program for research members.
  • Execute ongoing member database management (includes assigning roles, ranks, category, algorithms, coordinating unsubscribes and inactive members, completing profile changes, etc).
  • Manage and report on key metrics and costs to ensure project objectives and budget are maintained and tracked.
  • Script initials screening and ongoing quantitative surveys in the Questback platform. Manage invitation communication, distribution list management and deployment of communications. Complete research study by pulling respondent data within the Questback reporting capabilities;
  • Create and manage member communication development and distribution using Questback;
  • Master interface for community platform, including full understanding of configuration functionality, member management, data integration, and reporting capabilities;
  • Load all qualitative research events/activities and content updates provided by the community manager;
  • Management of community structure with contend updates (Archiving/Categories);
  • General project and team resource management including maintaining project documentation, status reports and team communications.

 

Pre-requisites:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience candidate (1-2 years)
  • Preferable experience in online Market Research, Marketing or Project Direction;
  • Sample identification and in field monitoring experience. Understand how to target specific sample, load it onto the platform and track responses in field to ensure study success
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, coordinating a variety of roles and resources to bring project to fruition;
  • Detailed oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Well versed in online & interactive mediums. Very familiar and comfortable working with and in technology on a daily basis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (must be proficient in English – verbal and written, day-to-day tasks will be managed completely in English)
