FEASIBILITY SPECIALIST

Job Purpose
This position will apply a sophisticated understanding of online sampling sourcing and theory to support research studies. The Sample Feasibility Analyst will provide sample feasibilities, max reps, and sourcing recommendations for IIS online bids/projects. They will also interface with external sample vendors in order to understand feasibility and pricing. Working closely with the internal teams of Quotation, Sample Supply, Field Coordinators/Production, CS, and Feasibility Strategy, the Sample Feasibility Analyst will understand and advance the capabilities and goals of IIS in regards to sample sourcing.  They will supply an accurate feasibility in a timely manner which meet the client objectives and set Ipsos projects up for success.


Essential Responsibilities and duties

•    Execute optimal sampling feasibility and sample blend based on project requirements, in a way that insures the research is fit for purpose, respondents are efficiently sampled, and costs are minimized.
•    Work collaboratively in the team environment to support RAES initiatives (e.g., improving sample strategy, maximizing our sample resources).
•    Interface with external sample vendors to assess feasibility while choosing preferred vendors at the lowest costs.
•    Leverage new sample methodologies and techniques like routers, real-time sampling and sample exchanges.
•    Coordinate with Field Coordinator (Production) team for feasibility-related issues in field.

Qualifications

•    1+ years experience in designing and managing online survey samples or research panels, preferably in a fast-paced marketing research context
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or related field or equivalent in experience
•    Working knowledge of database software 
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel software (e.g., pivot tables, complex calculations), beginner knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.
•    Understanding of sampling practices and theory is a plus
