SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVE - UU

PURPOSE
-    Focus on execution excellence in qualitative research projects.
-    Showcase Ipsos values of Integrity, Curiosity, Collaboration, Client-First & Entrepreneurial Spirit.
-    Liaise effectively with Operations and Project Management teams.
-    Conduct qualitative moderation sessions and perform content analysis.
-    Display curiosity, eagerness to learn, and excellent client conversation skills.
-    Work on building the Ipsos brand 
-    Appreciating the vision of Ipsos qualitative and working towards bringing the vision to life
-    Curious about new technologies, Generative-AI and Mobile Platforms for conducting research
-    Ability to think out-of-the-box to solve client’s business issues with innovative methodologies and analysis.
-    Ability to tell engaging stories that build emotional empathy as well as unlock opportunities for brands.
-    Enthusiastic to communicate stories and insights in a creative manner to inspire brands and business
-    Has a strong desire to generate insights based on human understanding and cultural narratives.
-    Is open to work with clients across categories – FMCG, Technology, B&F, Auto, Hospitality, Media, retail etc.
-    Enthusiasm – motivating a team with a positive attitude.

BACKGROUND
Experience:
-    At least 2+ years of strong Market Research Experience and good application of knowledge
-    Experience in project management and execution.
-    Strong research experience and good application of qualitative methodologies.
-    Experience in relevant sectors.

Skills/Knowledge:
-    Good communication skills, written and oral.
-    Problem-solving skills.
-    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-    Showcasing good time management and organizational skills.
-    Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
-    To support project teams in the design, set-up, and management of research projects.

Qualifications:
-    Degree in Business, Social Science, Psychology, Communications or related studies
