ABOUT THIS JOB

  • This role provides a great opportunity to start work in a global team environment, with touchpoints into many different departments.
  • The role purpose is assisting in data collection under the close supervision of team leaders/supervisors.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for data quality, explaining the movement of data on a shop by shop basis
  • Conduct audit work assigned in accordance with the standard Ipsos procedure outlined in Manual
  • Maintain good relationship with retailers and the stability of the panel
  • Meet up with direct superior (daily/weekly) on project briefing including area coverage, client list, audit item list, daily audit plan and etc.
  • Make necessary preparation before audits i.e contact details, arrange documents, forms, and incentives
  • Interview retailer and collect data required by using Company provided handheld device
  • Adhere to field instruction and attend all briefings organized by senior staff
  • Conduct fieldwork for Retail census
  • Conduct ad hoc fieldwork assignments which may from time to time

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be to converse in English, Malays and Mandarin language (added advantage)
  • Energetic & willing to travel
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
  • No work experienced required
