PURPOSE
- Managing and executing projects of Qualitative research
- Follow up on project’s milestone, running smooth within the brief
- Managing a team of recruiter, checking on recruitment process, updating on development and coordinating of fieldwork
OUTPUTS/ACCOUNTABILITY
- Supporting the Company research unit by range of qualitative research fieldwork (Focus group discussion/In Dept Interview/, project management and executions)
- Project management and effective communications amongst the team and internal Client
- Oversee efficiency in operation process, ensuring compliance with Company policies and regulation
- Perform qualities checks on all recruitment with accuracy and correctness
- Provide ‘in office’ research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
- Demonstrate times managing and working on multiple projects, managing a team of recruiter in ensuring the quality of recruitment delivery.
BACKGROUND
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Social Science, Statistics or related studies
- At least 1 year of strong Market Research Experience and good application of knowledge
- Good communication skills, written and oral in English & Bahasa. Knowledge in Spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel
- Diverse practical experience in different qualitative research methods (e.g. focus groups, ethnography, in-depth/expert interviews, grounded theory, projective techniques, etc.) would be an added advantage
