PLATFORM EXECUTIVE - GSC

Responsibilities

·    Work in a team in the field of data collection and data reporting. Set up projects in the web app through its Application Management System
·    Communicate daily with web app’s developers/support team as well as client service teams on specs, deadlines and deliverables
·    Eventually run your own projects, work closely together with your teammates and with colleagues abroad
·    Build client reporting dashboards with different KPIs
·    Script questionnaires for our Mystery Shoppers
·    Setup API data exports
·    Be a part of the continuous process of finding the best tools for our job

Requirements

·    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, IT is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome. 
·    Previous experience in programming or managing web pages and applications, knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
·    Experience with API connections
·    Good command of English as you will be speaking to our overseas colleagues on daily basis.
·    Basic budgeting and project resource planning experience
·    Eager to learn something new
·    Logical and out-of-the-box thinking
·    Self-motivated and reliable
