PROJECT MANAGER - RPM

Job Purpose

The function of this role is to provide support to the Ipsos Project Management team on the day-to-day responsibilities on the relevant client account. These responsibilities could range from supporting continuous tracking data on the full portfolio of products within the client business, to specific ad hoc shorter time frame projects. Working closely with the Project Managers, you will be involved with tasks and responsibilities that help ensure that the project is both set up and running efficiently end to end, with a view to delivering against project specifications and delighting the client. You will be joining a team who are passionate about improving processes and have a creative way of constantly challenging the status quo to find smarter ways of working.

Essential Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Client Focus: Active involvement in account management with a focus on developing existing client relationship and new relationships.
• Comply: With operational scope, and managing budgets, timeline and quality per the project requirements.
• Manage: Manage and monitor all phases of multiple and complex research projects from commissioning to delivery. Positive about change, encourages others in team to respond positively, addressing challenges and opportunities at team level.
• Expertise: Use and application of project management platforms, techniques, and technology. Ability to break down and understand complex business problems, define a solution. Demonstrates experience in reviewing research inputs (q'aire, brand lists, stimulus) Advising on maneds, inprovements and ensuring suitable from an operational/respondent perspective.
• People: Provide project guidance, support and coaching to junior team members. Demonstrate strong supervisory skills, i.e. project delegation, time management, day-to-day feedback on performance and behavior, conduct performance reviews. Ensure the project team is properly utilized. 
• Adherence to company Rules and Regulation: Communicate effectively and implement strictly all established rules and regulations.

Qualifications 

• Graduates or degree holders
• At least 6 year(s) of strong Market Research Experience and good application of knowledge
• Solid experience in questionnaire design, table specifications and project management
• Adapt knowledge in sampling methodologies and designs
• Understand and use statistical analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Able to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
• Able to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proactive and self-initiating interest in matters pertaining to the industry
• Strong leadership, mentorship and team builder abilities
• Team player
