PURPOSE
Assume administration supports to the department


OUTPUTS/ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Assume overall administration support to the department
  • Key job areas:
    - Full responsibility on billing, invoicing, internal satisfaction job survey
    ✓ Maintain job tracker and job logs for the department
    ✓ Raise invoices for all complete jobs on daily basis
    ✓ Attend to all invoices related queries
    ✓ Send the inter-job satisfaction survey
    - Full responsibility on online job booking portal, ensure it’s always up-to-date
    - Facilitate resources allocation and planning
    - Facilitate GMU costing and timing to CS teams
    - Finance reporting
    - Assist to organize for any training sessions, co-ordinate with trainers and venue set up

RELATIONSHIPS

  • Effective interface with global client service team across region
  • Promote teamwork in the business area, Division and across Ipsos
  • Behave in a manner that displays professionalism, integrity and corporate citizenship at all times
  • Understanding the needs of global client service team

 

DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop a good breadth of experience of different soft and hard skills including communication, negotiation, teamwork, assignment ability, pricing and different tools and platform for reporting
  • Confidence and demonstrated capabilities & creativities in applying different tools, techniques and approaches

 

BACKGROUND
Experience:

  • Knowledge of basic admin or finance, pricing and data tabulations an advantage

 

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Effective communication skills, written and oral
  • Knowledge of core computer programs and aptitude for working with new systems and software
  • Detailed oriented
  • Good logical thinking
  • Problem solving abilities and patience
  • Good sense of urgency

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree holders in Business Admin, Arts or Science, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
