SENIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE / PROJECT EXECUTIVE (SG PM HUB)

PURPOSE 
 ➢ to be at the heart of our work with operations and client service team, supporting the respective Business Unit in the project management of research projects

➢ to run commissioned projects as an effective senior project executive, ensuring the execution of the agreed requirements and timelines and,

➢ to continue to learn and master project management skills

OUTPUTS/ACCOUNTABILITY   
 ➢ Schedule, set-up and ensure all phases of the multiple projects (planning, general research design, questionnaire design, field execution, data analysis, reporting, cost analysis) are complete

➢ Prepare more complex project plans  

➢ Prepare and negotiate estimates of the project, maintaining target margin

➢ Interacting with Field and Data Processing colleagues for project briefing and monitoring  

➢ Ensure timely delivery of multiple proposals and presentations

➢ Carry out formal budget performance and financial review of projects  

➢ Collaborative relationship: build and maintain relationships with the operations and client service teams

➢ Be prepared to interact with clients (if necessary) on basic research co-ordination and financial related tasks

➢ Keep abreast of current trends within market research, in order to develop personal skills / knowledge base

 BACKGROUND 
 Experience:

➢ At least 2-3 years of good project management foundation in market research  

➢ Knowledge of basic statistics an advantage

➢ Experience in questionnaire design, table specifications and project management

Qualifications: 
➢ Diploma or Degree in Business, Social Science, Statistics or related studies
