Driven by health concerns, economic considerations and movement restrictions the coronavirus crisis has led to new consumer behaviours and sentiments.

While not all of these changed behaviours & sentiments will continue once the pandemic gets over (yes, it will get over, at least so we hope!), it is also true that somethings will stick. Planning and marketing for brands during these extraordinary times presents a real challenge and requires new strategies for success.
