Senior Research Manager - Customer Experience

Role & Responsibilities
The Ipsos Senior Research Manager has a keen interest in the client’s business success and offers multi-dimensional analyses and insights through well-developed research skills and disciplined project management practices.
The Senior Research Manager (SRM) is the primary contact for the clients allocated to their portfolio. The Senior Research Manager is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, project team management, handling relevant client communications and general queries, and bringing in subject matter experts where appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to possess
- A good degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, Statistics or related studies
- At least 5 years years of strong Market Research Experience (preferably in CX)
- Well-developed research skills, knowledge and thinking
- Strong client industry knowledge and client-servicing principles
- Advanced analytical skills and project management capabilities
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage team dynamics and garner strong team collaboration
- CX Technology Experience (an advantage)
- Ability to learn other software packages
