메타버스에 대한 인식 조사

세계 경제 포럼과 입소스가 공동으로 29개국 성인 21,005명 대상으로 실시한 Metaverse에 대한 인식 조사 결과에 따르면, 29개국 2명 중 1명 메타버스에 친숙하며, 신흥국가 대비 선진국에서는 일상생활 내 확장현실(Extended Reality)에 대해 부정적인 평가입니다.

How the world sees the metaverse and extended reality
A new global survey conducted by Ipsos for the World Economic Forum finds about half of adults across 29 countries saying they are familiar with the metaverse (52%) and have positive feelings about engaging with extended reality in daily life (50%). 
Levels of familiarity with virtual reality, augmented reality, and the metaverse show a similar pattern. More than two-thirds in Turkey(86%), India(80%), China(73%) report being at least somewhat familiar with the metaverse.
