Operations Project Manager
Job scope: Our new colleague will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations stage of Quantitative research projects to ensure high quality standards are maintained, deadlines are met, projects are completed with excellence and within budget.
Main Responsibilities
- Establishes the parameters of the project (set-up) and their implementation - analyzes the project materials and proposes modifications in order to optimize the final variant; s/he ensures good receipt and understanding of the study objectives delivered by the Research team; prepares additional materials to be used in the project (quotas, data collection status sheets, field instructions etc.)
- Implements the project - performs the professional training of the fieldwork and back office project team; ensures the internal checking of the questionnaire link; communicates constantly with all Fieldwork/ Data Processing/ Quality Control/ Research teams on the project status.
- Manages data collection - monitors the evolution of the field activity; provides advice to the researchers/ client; checks the database at regular intervals throughout the field; creates and communicates field status reports to the Research team and the end client.
- Processes project results - centralizes and checks the results database before it is delivered to researchers/ client.
- Maintains close communication with the client throughout the project.
- Performs administrative tasks on the projects.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Economics (Marketing), Sociology etc.
- At least three years of experience in the field of Market Research (preferably Operations)
- Very good knowledge of Quantitative Market Research techniques
- Sound Project Management skills
- Sound Client Service abilities
- Good knowledge of English
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in a Research agency is a plus.
