Spotlight*KSA: Happiness in Saudi Arabia
As part of a study conducted in 28 countries around the world, Ipsos measured the level of happiness and the various factors which contributed to it.
In Saudi Arabia, 80% consider themselves happy, a figure that is significantly higher than the global average of 63%, with Saudi Arabia ranking third after China (93%) and the Netherlands (86%).
When asked about the top sources of happiness, residents of the Kingdom stated that their religious or spiritual well-being (70%), health (63%), personal safety and security (63%), children (60%), and meaning of life (59%) are the main contributors.
