What keeps Danes up at night? Ipsos’ What Worries Denmark survey diagnoses the biggest social and political problems by asking citizens their opinion on the most worrying issues in the nation. It provides a snapshot of the national mood and serves as a tracker that identifies short or long-term shifts in public feeling.
The top worry for September is once again “Climate Change”, being 21,8% of the Danes’ biggest worry. “Healthcare” comes in second, as 7,6% of the Danes believe it to be their biggest worry. With similar numbers, “Maintaining social programs / welfare state” is this month’s third biggest worry for the Danes.
Last month’s strong increase in worry on “Immigration” has seen an equally strong decrease, placing it back out of the top three worries for Danes.
