MTT Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 2350.HK) successfully landed on the main board of the Hong Kong capital market on September 26, 2022. Founded on July 24, 2020, the company is an IT solutions provider established in Hong Kong, principally engaged in the distribution of IT products in Hong Kong and the provision of system integration solutions in Hong Kong, China and Macau. MTT Group Holdings Limited(referre to "MTT Group ") was successfully listed on September 26, 2022, with a global offering of 156 million shares, of which 15.625 million shares were publicly offered in Hong Kong, 141 million were offered internationally, and 23.435 million were over-allotted. The issue price ranged from 0.80 to 0.80 per share HK$0.86.
