Ipsos is happy to announce that Tim Farmer recently joined its newly formed Ipso Connect division where he will lead the deployment of MediaCell, the Ipsos breakthrough approach to electronic TV and Radio audience measurement.

Tim brings his vast industry experience in Television Audience Operations. Prior to joining Ipsos, Tim held various positions at Nielsen, including Managing Director of the Irish media business and more recently as the joint operational leader for Europe with responsibility for TV and Consumer measurement panels. Before Nielsen, Tim worked for Ipsos in UK on the high profile RAJAR and NRS, UK radio and press measurement contracts.

Tim will report into Yannick Carriou, Global CEO of Ipsos Connect.
