Taking Responsibility - Ipsos Foundation Supports a Major Flagship Project in Kenya

2017: the best year for the Ipsos Foundation since its inception.

We have had the largest number of applications submitted, the largest number of charities supported and, following our most recent Ipsos Foundation Trustee Board. At this most recent Trustee Board the Trustees were faced with very difficult decisions regarding a large number of very good applications. Having supported many charities throughout this year the Trustee Board decided to support one major flagship project which will start early in 2018. We are delighted, therefore, to be supporting the Solace Education Centre in Kenya. This will be providing classrooms, water, lavatories and teachers that will enable 140 children to receive education for the first time.
We will, of course, be providing updates on this initiative as we move into 2018.

Improving Diversity and Inclusion in Workplaces

Nurturing a workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusivity is a great way to boost employee morale and engagement and increase productivity. But whereas there is a near unanimity in the corporate circles that the two interconnected concepts are essential for businesses, many organizations find it difficult to strike the gender, ethnic, age, religious and racial balance amongst their workforces.
