Ipsos in Kenya feted as a #TopEmployer at the 2023 Employer Of The Year Awards #EYA2023 as a leader in #Corporate #Performance.
Ipsos in Kenya was on Friday 6th October 2023, feted as a Top Employer at the 2023 Employer of The Year Awards EYA as a leader in Corporate Performance by the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE). This is the first time Ipsos in Kenya is winning this award.
EYA is an initiative by FKE that is geared towards promoting and encouraging best practices in several categories that include Corporate Performance, People Management, and Industrial Relations practices amongst employers in Kenya.
This is in a bid to raise and sustain productivity, enterprise performance and responsibility. This is an annual award that provides a platform for identifying, ranking, and recognizing excellence in Corporate Performance, People Management, and Industrial Relations amongst employers in Kenya.
Corporate Performance
A key success factor among high performing organizations is their sharp focus on performance and results. For many employers, financial sustainability, efficient service delivery and growth are key indicators of results. Clear directions, strategies and values send strong signals for performance and help create a result-oriented culture. Plans and programs are well-deployed throughout the organization, systematically tracked at the unit and individual levels and are continuously improved.
The award is a testament of the Ipsos values, culture, and commitment to delivering quality research services and solutions that impact people, society, and markets.
Ipsos in Kenya was assessed across all the 8 categories and specifically in the Corporate Performance category; business growth and performance for the last 3 years, financial goal setting and budgeting (global, regional and local), other performance goal setting, system of tracking performance, leadership strategy sessions to set vision, evidence of all staff update on progress, employee satisfaction reports and improvements done from 2022 to 2023 and actions on all the employee survey findings, client feedback and feedback mechanisms and the overall employee engagement activities among others.
