Important Notice from Ipsos: Fake Ipsos Messages Circulating
We have been alerted to fraudulent/unsolicited activities where some people are posing as either Ipsos or its representatives.
Ipsos, a global market research company headquartered in Paris with offices across the globe, including Malaysia, would like to inform you that:
- Our survey invitations are specific to project invitations only and will not ask you to complete any surveys by clicking a link or ask for any form of payment.
- We conduct our online surveys exclusively through i-Say Malaysia, and we recruit participants or connect with people through various platforms like Meta, Instagram, and other reputed websites using our officially registered handle. WhatsApp is not the official communication channel of Ipsos for recruiting participants or to ask survey questions.
- We will not ask you to perform any marketing actions, such as subscribing to YouTube channels, paying someone a referral fee to be a part of our panel, or offer remuneration/direct money to sign up to take our surveys.
If you have been contacted by someone claiming to be a representative of Ipsos and asked to do any of the above, please report the incident to the appropriate authorities.
We take incidents of fraudulent activities very seriously and are fully committed to protecting the privacy and security of both our clients and survey participants. Rest assured, we continuously work to ensure that our services are not misused in any way.
