One of the key pillars of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 Vision is the Financial Sector Development Program. Part of this program focuses on supporting Small Medium Enterprises (SME) in the country, increasing the share of mortgages in bank financing, and increasing the share of non-cash transactions. Moreover, during the pandemic, banking sectors focused more on digital solutions as a main way of communication with their clients.
For that reason, we conducted this effort using social media analytics to analyze online conversations targeting banking sector. This report gauged the core conversations people discussed,topics they engaged with, sentiments of people towards banking in general, as well as the nature of the brand conversation.
