A combination of booming e-commerce, brands selling directly to consumers, accessibility and changing consumer behavior has been diminishing mall culture for years now. A recent Global Advisor Survey of more than 25,000 people across 25 countries shows that half of respondents (51%) say it’s easier to buy goods and services online than it was a year ago.
