Decision-making based on empathy and real lives

To understand the public, we need to spend time with them. Our ethnographic approach has brought governments, charities and third-sector organisations closer to the people they serve. Ethnography enables us to learn more about the "fringes" - those who are under-represented in research and discourse, and bring these stories straight to major decision-makers through film and sharp insight. Our team is experienced in conducting fieldwork with vulnerable people, building the levels of rapport needed to uncover human truths and establish unmet needs.
